These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website altebio.com (the “Site”), operated by ALTEBIO. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site presents ALTEBIO — a distribution and market-entry partner for aesthetic medicine and dermatology brands in Uzbekistan — its capabilities, publications and contact details. It is an informational resource: it does not sell goods and does not accept orders or payments.
2. The materials are not an offer
Everything published on the Site is provided for general information. It is not a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, not a commercial proposal and not a guarantee of any commercial result. Cooperation is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Market figures, estimates and forecasts, including those marked as internal estimates, are ALTEBIO assessments made at the time of publication. They may change and must not serve as the only basis for a business decision.
3. Medical and product information
Materials about aesthetic medicine, devices and preparations are addressed to healthcare professionals and industry specialists. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or advertising of medicinal products to consumers. The registration status of a product differs from country to country. The Site does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor or the official instructions for use.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, graphics, the ALTEBIO logo and symbol, page design and the source code of the Site belong to ALTEBIO or are used with the permission of the rights holders. You may read, print and quote the materials for personal or internal business purposes provided the source is named and a link to altebio.com is given. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, translation, adaptation or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.
Trademarks, brand names and logos of third parties mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Rules of use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- interfere with its operation, security or availability, including automated scanning and attempts to overload the server;
- obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the administration panel, database or server;
- collect data from the Site by automated means without our consent;
- send through the forms unlawful content, malicious code, spam or advertising;
- impersonate another person or company.
6. Materials you send us
By sending an enquiry with attachments you confirm that you are entitled to pass those materials to us and that they do not infringe third-party rights. We treat the documents received as confidential business information and use them solely to assess a possible partnership. Personal data from the form is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sending an enquiry does not oblige either side to enter into an agreement; we may decline a request without stating reasons.
7. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We provide them for convenience, do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
8. Availability of the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and accessible, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will operate without errors or interruptions, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without prior notice.

We may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update; continued use of the Site after a change means that you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are considered by the competent court at the location of ALTEBIO.
